Sabrina has experience with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Sabrina is certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a neuroplastic pain treatment approach, and supports clients dealing with chronic pain conditions, including migraines, back pain, and other forms of centralized pain. She helps clients understand and rewire the brain’s response to pain by combining education, emotional processing, and somatic techniques.

With a strong commitment to culturally responsive care, Sabrina is dedicated to working with clients from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. She strives to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where each client feels seen, respected, and understood.

Sabrina utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based behavioral and cognitive techniques with a trauma-informed, person-centered framework.

Through a blend of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered therapy, she tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and personal goals.

Sabrina is especially interested in helping clients develop effective coping strategies and personal insights that empower them to navigate life’s challenges. With a passion for psychoeducation, she has conducted various in-person and virtual workshops on topics such as social anxiety, attachment theory, self-compassion, and conflict management/boundary setting.
