Nour Beblawy, M.A.

A young woman with curly dark hair sitting on a light green couch in a bright room. She is wearing a colorful embroidered blouse, gold hoop earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. Behind her, a mirror with a decorative sunburst frame and a white curtain near a window are visible.

Nour Elbeblawy wanted to combine her love for arts and giving back to the community by completing a MA in Expressive Art Therapy from The European Graduate School. Her BA in psychology from AUC introduced her to the world of therapy and the power it has for transformation.

Nour practices using a variety of imagery, storytelling, movement, drama, poetry, music, and visual arts together, in an integrated way, to foster human development, growth, and healing.

Nour has vast experience working with various populations including children, adults, refugees, and trauma survivors.

She has held serveral workshops introducing Expressive Art Therapy, stress management and resiliency.

She has also provided Expressive Art Therapy at the 57357 cancer institute for children for patients undergoing treatment or in recovery.

Prior to her masters degree she completed a one year Diploma in Community Arts and Action Methods in Dawar and facilitated workshops with her learning.

She is also trained in early intervention for trauma recovery.
