Amina Nasr El din, M.A.
Amina holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University in Madrid.
She completed her clinical training at AUC’s Psychological Counseling Services and Training Center and Serenity Psychology Center. Amina has extensive experience working with emerging adults and adults from diverse backgrounds on concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, trauma, identity challenges, and interpersonal difficulties. She has also delivered workshops and webinars in both English and Arabic—on topics such as burnout, emotional eating, trauma-informed care, and healthy boundaries.
Prior to her Master’s degree, Amina trained at Behman Hospital, where she shadowed psychiatrists and gained exposure to a wide range of mood and personality disorders, as well as psychometric testing and assessment.
Amina takes an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and a Person-Centered framework to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. She is an active member of the EGYCEFT community.
Amina believes meaningful change occurs within a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space that fosters insight, growth, and confidence.
